TO BOOK:

You cannot “Click and Book Instantly” on this website.
But the process is not that much different than if you used VRBO/HomeAway or AirBnB:
1: Look on the Calendar to see if your dates are available
2: Contact us via email/phone call or text message
3: We will send you a Rental Agreement to sign. This will be sent via DOCUSIGN (Ginger is a Realtor and this is the service she uses)
4: After you agree to the Rental Agreement, you sign it.  You can do this on a phone, it is that easy.
5: When the Rental Agreement is signed, we are notified, then we send you an Invoice via Email.  This will come via SQUARE (our Payment Processor).  We never see your card, you just follow the directions. 
6: Once you have signed the Rental Agreement and Paid the Invoice, that’s it you are Reserved.  It sounds harder than it looks.  We set the dates aside for 48 hours so you have a chance to sign and pay.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You can pay the entire amount in advance and cancel with a full refund up to 30 Days prior.  Cancel 15-30 Days prior and you get a 50% refund.  No refunds when canceling 0-14 Days prior.
If you do not wish to pay the full amount up front, you can pay a Non-Refundable $100 Deposit which will be applied to your Booking total.  The final amount is due 30 Days prior to Check In or the Reservation is canceled,  and you lose your Deposit.

Wireless Internet throughout. Access info is available in the House Manual when you check in.

Kitchen- fully equipped for most every need.

Laundry Access in Basement
-Ironing Board and Iron, Stand-alone Clothes Steamer can be used.
-Area behind kitchen door is considered Common Area and may be accessed by Host at any time due to location of Recycling Bin and Vacuums.

Off-Street parking in back for up to 2 vehicles is available for no extra charge.

No Pets, No Smoking allowed in unit.
Daily Rate is $199-$249 per day with a 3-4 day minimum plus applicable Occupancy Taxes for less than 30 day stays only.

We accept Major Credit Cards or Zelle Bank Transfers.  We only accept Personal Checks from repeat Guests.

Check-in time is 3pm unless otherwise agreed upon
Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise agreed upon.
