 Verified This was, hands-down, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was so well appointed for kids and families. It was easy to get in, right across the street from playgrounds, and had so many helpful and fun amenities (bikes and helmets of all sizes, toys to play with, beach access passes, coolers, recs for local stores and restaurants; I could go on). Jim and Ginger were just lovely and helpful, and really sweet with our two young boys. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

 Verified Ginger and Jim's 1500 Main was INCREDIBLE!!! It was everything we could have asked for and MORE! The amenities were out of this world - robes, snacks, and even drinks in the fridge after a long drive. Their manual had everything we needed to know for our stay in Evanston...AND their outside space was gorgeous!!! This Airbnb sets the bar so high it was truly the BEST place we have ever stayed with Airbnb! THANK YOU!!!! Everything was organized and labeled and (even though we didn't need it) they had everything you would need if you were traveling with a child or baby! TOP NOTCH! I hope to be able to rent here again one day! It felt just like home and Ginger and Jim were friendly and helpful! Our weekend was only enhanced by their home!!

 Verified One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had.Ginger and Jim have an exceptionally comfortable and clean place with so, so many touches that made our stay so lovely.  Verified 1500 Main is the gold standard by which all other AirBnBs should aspire. Seriously, I may have to rethink any previous 5 star ratings :) The space was perfect for our needs - immaculate, spacious, fully stocked. They thought of everything, including quick meals for our first night arrival, half and half for the morning coffee, a selection of juices for my kids, and snacks! The space was really clean, I mean really clean, and this may be the first time where I didn't have to do anything before leaving.  Verified We felt right at home! Ginger and Jim were gracious, welcoming hosts who were around to chat with us. Everything was as described, clean, tidy and labeled. Kids loved the books, games, and snacks they prepared. We walked across the street to the playground multiple times. The noise machines were a nice amenity for sleeping!
