 Verified We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home and because the weather was so amazing we even got to enjoy the outdoor space and lovely garden. Jim and Ginger thought of every detail and we felt instantly comfortable and at home. This was our best trip yet to Evanston and I give Jim and Ginger’s place full credit for that.  Verified Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Preisleistung aus unserer Sicht absolut okay. In 25 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto mitten in Downtown. In Evenson selbst kann man ganz toll frühstücken und auch zu Abendessen. Alles ist dann in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bei einem erneuten Besuch würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft als Basis wählen.

 Verified Very lovely home. Exactly as described, very clean and comfortable and couldn't have asked for anything more. Very beautiful gardens and was so nice to have such a scenic spot to walk through on our way to our car. Parking was ample and easy. Hosts were very kind and responsive to all of our inquiries. They gave us some very helpful advice on how to get around on the train. My family and I have stayed in quite a few AIRBNBs over the years all over and we all agree this is the best place we have ever stayed and would highly recommend to anyone.

 Verified 1500 Main was PERFECT for our Evanston stay. Ginger & Jim's house has everything you might need for a comfortable stay away from home.  Verified Everything you could ever think of or need is provided…from tea and honey to snack and drinks ro get you started. Beautiful garden, free use of bikes, and clear instructions on every appliance/TV/washer/dryer etc. We walked to breakfast every morning and rode the bikes to the beach. Airbnb listed communication response times as 10 minutes but it’s more like 6 minutes! lol 10/10 would 100% book again and recommend especially to families and anyone wanting a top tier experience!  Verified We had the best time at Jim & Ginger’s place. It truly felt like home and it was clear how much love and thought has gone into making the space beautiful and filled with all the things that make you feel at home. Ginger’s garden is amazing - it felt like a little botanical garden. Also, it was our son’s third birthday and they made it a little more special just for him. We would be lucky to use their space again. 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay again!

 Verified Great house to stay in with a baby. Blackout curtains, they were very nice about setting up a baby gate and high chair if we wanted. Nice host. A little street noise but very nice neighborhood. Great backyard. Very clear instructions and labels inside the house to find anything needed.

 Verified Ginger and Jim's place is wonderful. There are so many additional touches to ensure you are at home and have everything you need. The directions are very clear and extremely user friendly. The neighborhood is pretty, safe, quiet, and convenient to shops, downtown Evanston and the beach.

 Verified The place was easy to find, cute and comfortable. What stood out was the attention to detail. These hosts have thought of everything and give clear directions and suggestions. Also, they have a half bath downstairs which was really nice. We had to contact them several times and they got right back to us. We had a very easy and enjoyable stay. Thank you!
